1:30pm, 32 degrees, a little moisture in the air, but no wind. 10.25 mile loop in 1:14:14 (7:15s). Good solid steady run today at a comfortable pace.

Do you guys get much snow there in St Louis?

Jon,

No. We used to get much more. I don't think we've totalled 3 feet in the last 4 years. and we haven't gotten any snow yet this year. They occassionally have snow days, but mostly due to ice. But even when that occurs, its generally melted by the end of that day. I think last year there were 2 or 3 days that I couldn't run outside. And those days, only because the sidewalks and shoulders had a bit of snow. Never am I unable to run at some point during a day due to actual weather itself. Occassionally I run inside because I don't feel like dealing with temps below 10, but again that is rare.
